摘要
为了检测不同品种公猪精子运动参数、从运动学角度探讨品种间精子活力的差异,试验利用计算机辅助精子分析系统对梅山猪、长白猪、大白猪、杜洛克猪和巴克夏猪的精子活力及单个精子运动参数进行检测。结果表明:梅山猪的前向运动比例(61.45%)最高,其次为巴克夏猪(60.68%),最低的为大白猪(53.44%);梅山猪总运动(前向运动+非前向运动)活力最高(99.79%),长白猪最低(94.55%)。前向运动精子参数中,梅山猪有3个指标靠前,分别是曲线速度、平均路径速度、头部侧向运动平均振幅,大白猪只有鞭打频率指标靠后;在总运动活力参数中,梅山猪有6个指标靠前,分别是曲线速度、直线运动速度、平均路径速度、振动指数、头部侧向运动平均振幅、鞭打频率,长白猪有5个指标靠后,分别为曲线速度、直线运动速度、平均路径速度、振动指数、头部侧向运动平均振幅。说明总运动活力对运动参数的影响更大。
The aim of the present study was to detect the sperm dynamic parameters of different boars and discuss the difference of sperm motility in different breeds from the point of view of kinematics. The sperm motility and single sperm dynamic parameter of Meishan,Landrace,Large White,Duroc and Berkshire pig were detected by computer-aided sperm analysis system. The results showed that in the forward motion,Meishan pig had the highest proportion of forward motion( 61. 45%),followed by Berkshire pig( 60. 68%) and while Landrace( 53. 44%). According to the ability of the total motility( forward motion+non-forward motion),Meishan pig was the highest( 99.79%) and Landrace was the lowest( 94. 55%). Among the parameters of forward motility of sperm,three indexes of Meishan pig were in the front position,which were curvilinear velocity( VCL),average path velocity( VAP) and amplitude of lateral head displacement( ALH),but only the index of Landrace beat cross frequency( BCF) was in the last position. Among the parameters of dynamic parameters of PR sperm,six indexes of Meishan pig were in the front position,which were VCL,straight line velocity( VSL),VAP,WOB,ALH,and BCF,while five indexes of Landrace were in the last position,which were VCL,VSL,VAP,WOB and ALH. The results indicated that the ability of total sperm motility had greater influence on the dynamic parameters.
