摘要
目的研究抑癌基因XAF1在宫颈癌组织中的表达变化及临床价值。方法选取2014年1月-2016年12月于深圳市光明新区人民医院进行宫颈检测的宫颈组织标本200例作为研究对象,采用石蜡切片的手段对正常宫颈上皮标本、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(Ⅰ~Ⅲ级)及宫颈鳞癌标本(Ⅰ~Ⅲ期)中XAF1的表达,统计各种标本中XAF1阳性细胞的比例。结果正常宫颈上皮组织中XAF1的表达较高,阳性细胞比例高达92.86%,随着宫颈上皮癌变程度的增加,XAF1的表达逐渐减弱(P<0.05);Ⅰ~Ⅱ期宫颈鳞癌组织中XAF1阳性细胞的比例为11.11%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期宫颈鳞癌组织中XAF1阳性细胞的比例为21.74%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 XAF1在宫颈上皮内瘤变组织及宫颈癌组织中的表达显著下降,促进其表达可能会在抑制宫颈癌发生及发展的过程中起到一定的作用。
Objective To study the expression change and clinical value of tumor suppressor gene XAF1 in cervical cancer tissue.Methods A total of 200 cases of cervical tissue specimens in our hospital from January,2014 to December,2016 were selected as the research object. The expression of XAF1 in normal cervical epithelium,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（ grade Ⅰ and Ⅲ） and cervical squamous cell carcinoma（ stage Ⅰ to Ⅲ） was analyzed by paraffin section. The proportions of XAF1 positive cells in different specimens were counted. Results The expression of XAF1 was higher in normal cervical epithelial tissue,and the proportion of positive cells was 92. 86%. With the increase of the degree of cervical carcinogenesis,the expression of XAF1 was gradually weakened（ P〈0. 05）. The proportion of XAF1 positive cells in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ cervical squamous cell carcinoma was 11. 11%. The proportion of XAF1 positive cells in stage Ⅲ-ⅠV cervical squamous cell carcinoma was 21. 74%,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of XAF1 in cervical carcinomatous tissues and cervical cancer tissues are significantly decreased. Promoting its expression may play a role in inhibiting the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
