摘要
根据舰船用塑壳断路器及直流电路的特点,以某型100 A壳架断路器为研究对象,介绍了断路器整体结构、触头系统和灭弧系统的设计方案,其中在触头系统设计时进行了仿真分析和电动斥力计算,以确保断路器在具有抗冲击性能的前提下有较好的限流能力。最后通过试验验证了设计取得的良好效果。
According to the characteristics of MCCB and direct current circuit for ships,taking a type of 100 A shell frame MCCB as the research object,the design of the whole structure,contact system and arc extinguishing system of the breaker was introduced. In the design of contact system,the simulation analysis and the calculation of the electric repulsion force were carried out to ensure that MCCB has a better current limiting capability under the condition of anti shock performance. Finally,the effect of the design was verified by experiments.
