摘要
针对水电工程引水隧洞三维模型不能重复利用,并且三维建模与施工进度可视化展示平台不统一的不足,将CATIA引入引水隧洞施工进度三维可视化研究中,在其平台上实现隧洞施工进度三维可视化。关键技术包括参数化方法、设计过程模板化技术、知识工程设计表技术和二次开发技术,通过建立引水隧洞三维参数化模型与施工进度计划的关联,模拟施工过程。以某工程引水隧洞压力管道竖井为例,建立了基于CATIA的引水隧洞压力管道竖井三维参数化模型,并建立了三维模型与施工进度计划的关联,实现了隧洞施工进度三维可视化。结果表明,该研究实现了三维建模平台与施工进度可视化平台的统一,提高了施工进度可视化的效率,为施工进度计划的合理与高效制定提供了理论与技术支持。
Aiming at the shortage of that the 3-D model of headrace tunnel for hydropower project cannot be reused and the 3-D modeling is not unified with the display platform for the visualization of construction progress,CATIA is introduced into the study on the 3-D visualization of the construction progress of headrace tunnel,and then the 3-D visualization of the construction progress of the tunnel is realized on its platform. The key techniques include parametric method,modularization of design process,design table of knowledge engineering and secondary development,from which the correlation between the 3-D parametric model of the headrace tunnel and the construction schedule of the headrace tunnel is established for simulating the construction process. By taking the shaft for the penstock of the headrace tunnel of a project as the study case,a CATIA-based 3-D parametric model of the shaft for the penstock of the headrace tunnel is established,while the correlation between the 3-D model and the construction schedule is built up as well,thus the 3-D visualization of the construction progress of the tunnel is realized. The result shows that the study realizes the unification of both the 3-D modeling platform and the construction progress,enhances the efficiency of the visualization of the construction progress and provides the theoretical and technical support for reasonably and efficiently making the construction schedule.
