摘要
党的十九大是中国特色社会主义建设取得辉煌成就的重要标志,也是中国特色社会主义事业走向新阶段的一个起点,更是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的新构建与新发展,其重要标志就是十九大提出了一系列的新论断、新观点、新举措和新战略,彰显了党的十九大的主旨与精神,并形成了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义的新思想。这其中,坚持以人民群众为中心的发展观内涵丰富,为人民群众而发展、依靠人民群众而发展、让人民群众享受发展的成果等,都充分体现了中国特色社会主义群众观理论在新时代和新阶段的新发展。
