摘要
通过高温共聚焦显微镜、金相显微镜、扫描电镜等对低碳含硼钢凝固过程的BN析出特征进行了研究。结果表明,受不同温度下BN析出颗粒尺寸及分布的影响,低碳含硼钢在不同温度条件下表现出高温塑性的差异,且冷却速度对低碳含硼钢BN的析出颗粒尺寸有显著影响,冷却速度越高,BN析出颗粒尺寸越小,数量越多。探讨了BN对低碳含硼钢高温热塑性的影响机理,并为低碳含硼钢连铸提出了相应的优化措施。
The precipitation characteristic of BN was studied by confocal laser sacanning microscopy,metallographic microscope,and scanning electron microscope.The result shows that the BN particle diameter and distribution position of BN precipitation have significant influence on the hot ductility of low carbon boron-bearing steel.Moreover,the particle diameter of BN precipitation is determined by cooling rate from high temperature to low temperature process.The particle diameter of BN precipitation under high cooling rate is much finer than which under low cooling rate,the quantity of precipitation of BN particle under high cooling rate is much more than which under low cooling rate.The mechanism of how BN precipitation influences on hot ductility of low carbon boron-bearing steel was discussed,and measures of optimizing continuous casting technology of low carbon boron-bearing steel was put forward on the basis of this study.
