摘要
目的探讨延续性护理对提高精神分裂症康复期病人服药依从性和生活质量及促进社会功能恢复价值。方法纳入2016年4月-2017年11月90例精神分裂症康复期病人以数字表法分组。对照组采用常规的护理干预,延续护理组则实施延续性护理干预。比较效果。结果延续护理组精神分裂症康复期病人护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;延续护理组服药依从性评分、自我管理能力评分高于对照组,P<0.05;干预后延续护理组生活质量、社会功能优于对照组,P<0.05。结论延续性护理对提高精神分裂症康复期病人服药依从性和生活质量及促进社会功能恢复价值高。
Objective To explore the value of continuous nursing in improving medication compliance and life quality of schizophrenic patients during rehabilitation and to promote the recovery of social function. Methods90 Schizophrenic convalescentpatients from April 2016 to November 2017 were included in the digital table.90 Schizophrenic convalescentpatients from April 2016 to November 2017 were included in the group by digital table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the continuation nursing group was treated with continuous nursing intervention. The results were compared as follows. Results The nursing satisfaction of patients with schizophrenia in the continuous nursing group was higher than that of the control group,P〈0.05;The score of medication compliance and self-management ability in the continuous care group was higher than that in the control group,P〈0.05;The life quality and social function of the continuous nursing group after intervention were better than that of the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion Continuous nursing is of high value in improving drug compliance and life quality and promoting social function recovery in patients with schizophrenia.
