摘要
当前我国高校对于数字创意产业复合型人才培养存在几大问题,如教师队伍不完善、培养思路不清晰、课程杂乱趋同、重理论轻实践、大班授课、填鸭教学等。应针对数字创意产业特点采取纵向联合和横向联合两种方式来培养高端复合型人才,并立足师资结构、培养计划、课程设置、实践应用和授课模式五个重要节点,进一步构建新型人才培养机制。
At present, cultivating compound talents is an inevitable requirement of higher education. But in this process, there are several problems, such as incomplete team of teachers, unclear training plan, similar courses, imbalance between theory and practical, big groups, and cramming teaching. Therefore, according to the characteristics of digital creative industry, two ways are put forward for the cultivation of compound talents ： vertical union and horizontal union. And based on five important aspects-teacher team, training plan, courses, practical application and training model, a new type of training mechanism is tried to be constructed.
