摘要
针对市场上现有水田施药机械作业过程中易陷车及水药混合方式较为落后的问题,设计开发了水田施药机在线混药系统,提出了就地取水及在线分批精准混药的设计方案。系统采用PLC控制单次取水量及取药量的方式,实现水药的在线精准配比,并减轻了机组的质量。本文建立的在线精准分批混药系统,以PLC为控制核心,采用控制电磁阀的通断单次取水量、直线模组行程控制单次取药量的方式,进行了混药精度和混药均匀度的试验。试验结果表明:系统实现了在线分批预混药的功能,水药混合比误差小于7%,基本满足了设计期望及目标。
In this paper,the online dispensing system of paddy field applicator was designed and developed in this paper. In this paper,the on-line water intake and on-design. The system uses PLC to control the single dose of water and take the amount of the way to achieve the precise proportion of water medicine on-line,and reduce the weight of the unit. In this paper,the establishment of online precision batch mixing system to PLC as the control core,the use of control solenoid valve through a single water intake,linear module stroke control a single dose of the way,the mixture of precision and uniform Degree of test. The experimental results show that the system achieves the function of online batch mixing,and the mixing ratio of water medicine is less than 7%,which satisfies the design expectation and target.
