自保温暗骨架承重墙体保温性能和抗压强度试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental research on thermal insulation performance and comprehensive strength of self-insulating structural wall with inner frame

摘要 对H型秸秆混凝土砌块构成的有芯柱的自保温暗骨架承重墙和无芯柱同型砌块构成的墙体进行了保温性能和抗压强度对比试验。结果表明:有芯柱的自保温暗骨架承重墙传热系数为0.65 W/(m^2·K),无芯柱的对照墙体传热系数为0.54 W/(m^2·K),有芯柱墙体比无芯柱墙体的传热系数增大了20.4%;有芯柱自保温暗骨架承重墙的抗压强度为10.59 MPa,比无芯柱试验墙的抗压强度(6.26 MPa)提高了69.2%。芯柱的引入显著提高了自保温砌体的抗压强度,但降低了其保温性能。 Experimental research on thermal insulation performance and compressive strength of self-insulating structural wall with inner frame consists of H-type straw concrete block. Comparing experiment of the wall constructed by the same wall without core column also had been carried out. The results show that heat transfer coefficient of the wall with core column was 0.65 W/(m2·K),which was 20.4 percent higher than the wall without core column with the value of 0.54 W/(m2·K). Compressive strength of the wall with core column was 10.59 MPa,which was 69.2 percent larger than the wall without core column with com- pression strength 6.26 MPa. Self-insulating structural wall with inner frame had better compressive strength but had lower heat in- sulating performance by comparing with the wall without inner frame.
