摘要
研究了HM型外加剂改性的硫氧镁水泥的力学性能、凝结时间和耐水性能,并且通过SEM、XRD分析其水化产物物相组成以及微观结构。结果表明:加入HM型外加剂改性后的硫氧镁水泥出现了大量针杆状的5Mg(OH)_2·Mg SO_4·7H_2O(5·1·7相)晶体,抗压强度大大提高,当HM型外加剂掺量为2%时,硫氧镁水泥的力学性能最好。掺加HM型外加剂改性后的硫氧镁水泥耐水性能亦得到明显的改善,但是其凝结时间略有延长。
In this paper, the mechanical properties, setting time and water resistance of the magnesium oxysulfide cement modified by HM type admixture were studied. The phase composition and microstructure of the hydration products were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The experimental phenomena show that after adding HM type admixture in modified magnesium oxysulfide cement the emergence of a large number of needle rod 5Mg(OH)2·MgSO4·7H2O (5· 1·7) crystal, the compressive strength is greatly improved,the best mechanical properties of magnesium oxysulfide cement achieved when the HM type admixture dosage is 2%. The water resistance of the magnesium oxysulfide cement after adding HM type admixture has also been obviously improved,but its setting time is slightly longer.
