摘要
针对目前互联网发展大环境下,信息严重过载,个人和组织都不堪重负的现象,首次提出了"信息超限"一词。并结合前人对信息过载问题的研究,进行了理论创新,对"信息超限"问题进行了重新界定,说明"信息超限"的四个要素,指出互联网发展环境下"信息超限"的表现和对信息用户的影响并给出相应的解决方案。
In view of the current Internet development environment, where information is heavily overloaded and individuals and organizations are overwhelmed,the word ＂information overrun＂was first proposed. Based on the previous research on information overload issues, we carried out theoretical innovations, redefined the issue of ＂information overrun＂,explained the four elements of ＂information overrun ＂, pointed out the performance and its influence on information users of ＂information overrun ＂ under the Internet development environment, and gave corresponding solutions.
