社区全科护士评估量表的汉化和评价

摘要目的对基于患者感知质量的初级卫生保健评估工具(GPAQ)进行汉化与修订,构建适用于本地区基于患者感知护理质量的初级卫生保健质量评价工具。方法经翻译、文化调适、性能评价后最终形成社区全科护士评估量表。2017年7—8月,采用便利抽样法对400名前往社区卫生站就诊患者进行调查和测评,以检验量表信度和效度。结果社区全科护士评估量表总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.704,经因子分析最后提取4个公因子,累积方差贡献率为67.993%,所有条目的因子负荷均大于0.3;验证性因子分析显示,χ2=336.923,P<0.01,规范拟合指数(NFI)=0.882,相对拟合指数(RFI)=0.852,递增拟合指数(IFI)=0.898,Tucker-Lewis指数(TLI)=0.873,比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.898,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.116。结论汉化后的社区全科护士评估量表有较好的信度和效度,可以用于对社区全科护士护理质量的评估。 Objective To translate and revise the General Practice Assessment Questionnaire based on perceived quality of patients, and construct a primary health care quality assessment tool based on patients perceived quality of care in this region.Methods The community general nurse assessment scale was developed through the process of translation, culture adaptation and performance evaluation. From July to August 2017, the convenience sampling method was used to investigate and evaluate 400 patients visiting the community health station to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The total Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of the community general department nurses assessment scale was 0.704, and 4 common factors were extracted by factor analysis. The cumulative variance contribution rate was 67.993%, and all the target factor loads were more than 0.3. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that χ2=336.923,P〈0.01, normalized fitting index（NFI）=0.882, relative fitting index（RFI）=0.852, incremental fitting index（IFI）=0.898, Tucker-Lewis index（TLI）=0.873, comparison fitting index（CFI）=0.898, Root Mean Square Error Approximation（RMSEA）=0.116.Conclusion The Chinese version of community general nurse assessment scale has has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the nursing quality of community general nurses.
