摘要
目的：探讨马来酸左旋氨氯地平联合综合性心理干预治疗高血压合并更年期综合征患者的临床疗效。方法：通过对我院2015年2月-2017年5月就诊收治的106例高血压合并更年期综合征患者临床资料做回顾性分析。并根据治疗方式的不同分为观察组、对照组各53例。其中观察组采用马来酸左旋氨氯地平联合综合性心理干预治疗,对照组采用单用马来酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,比较并分析两组患者治疗疗效及治疗前后血压、HAMA评分、HAMD评分和E2、FSH、LH水平变化等。结果：观察组收缩压、舒张压均较对照组下降明显（t1=8.040,P1〈0.001;t2=23.399,P2〈0.001）,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均较对照组下降明显（t1=4.750,P1〈0.001;t2=5.007,P2〈0.001）,观察组LH、FSH水平均较对照组下降明显,E2水平较对照组上升（t1=7.074,P1〈0.001,t2=7.522,P2〈0.001;t3=3.889,P3=0.002）,观察组的治疗总有效率（94.34%）,高于对照组（81.13%）（χ^2=4.296,P=0.038）。结论：马来酸左旋氨氯地平联合综合性心理干预治疗高血压合并更年期综合征,临床降压疗效显著,可有效改善患者性激素水平及负性情绪,临床推广价值较高。
Objective：To investigate the clinical observation on hypertensive with climacteric syndrome treated with combined therapy of amlodipine maleate and comprehensive psychological intervention.Methods：The clinical data of 106 cases of hypertension complicated with climacteric syndrome treated in our hospital from February 2015 to May-2017 were retrospectively analyzed;they were divided into observation group and control group（53 cases each）according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with combined therapy of amlodipine maleate and comprehensive psychological intervention.The control group was treated with amlodipine maleate alone.The treatment efficacy,blood pressure,HAMA score,HAMD score,E2,FSH and LH levels between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（t=8.040,23.399;P〈0.001）,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（t=4.750,5.007;P20.001）,the levels of LH and FSH in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of E2 was higher than that of the control group（t=7.074,7.522,3.889;P〈0.01）,the total effective rate of the observation group（94.34%）was higher than that of the control group（81.13%）（χ^2=4.296,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of amlodipine and amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with climacteric syndrome,has remarkable clinical antihypertensive effect,which can effectively improve the levels of sexual hormones and negative emotions in patients with high clinical value.
