激光自混合干涉信号的自适应滤波及频率测量算法 被引量:2

摘要 设计了激光自混合干涉信号的自适应滤波算法及一种振动频率测量算法。设计的自适应滤波器采用单通道滤波器,采用FIR结构及RLS算法;为进一步提高信噪比,设计了改进型的两级自适应滤波器结构,即将第一级滤波器的输出信号作为第二级滤波器的输入信号和期望信号再次进行滤波。论文还设计了一种微振动频率测量算法,通过对自混合干涉信号进行自适应滤波、微分、整形、特征点提取,计算得出微振动频率。给出了算法仿真及实验结果,验证了算法的可行性。 In this paper, the adaptive filtering algorithm and a vibration frequency measurement algorithm are designed for laser self mixing interference signal. The adaptive filter is a single channel, and uses the FIR structure and the RLS algorithm. In order to further improve the signal-to-noise ratio, an improved two stage adaptive filter structure is designed. The output signal of the first stage filter is filtered as the input signal and the desired signal of the second stage filter again. A frequency measurement algorithm for micro vibration object is also designed. Through the filtering, differential, shaping and feature extraction of the self mixing interference signal, the micro vibration frequency is obtained. The algorithm simulation and experimental results are given in this paper, and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified.
