摘要
为了将工业副产品锂渣应用到混凝土中,试验分析了锂渣的物相成分和化学成分,先将锂渣单掺取代水泥,再将锂渣分别与矿渣、粉煤灰双掺进行混凝土试验,研究了锂渣对混凝土工作性能、力学性能、耐久性的影响。结果表明:锂渣在混凝土中等量取代5%~15%的水泥后,混凝土和易性良好,但其掺量大于20%时,随着锂渣掺量的增大混凝土黏稠度增大。粉煤灰与锂渣双掺工作性好于锂渣与矿粉双掺,锂渣的活性被充分激发,掺合料的叠加效应充分发挥。在耐久性方面,锂渣掺量越高,抗裂性越差;双掺锂渣与粉煤灰的抗碳化性能等级属于Q-Ⅳ,随着养护龄期的增加,抗碳化性能增加;固定粉煤灰掺量为10%,锂渣掺量在5%~10%的混凝土完全满足KS30的等级要求。
To use lithium slag(a kind of industial by-product)in concrete, the phase composition and chemical composition of lithium-slag are analyzed. The influence of lithium slag on the workability, mechanical properties, durability of concrete by mixing with lithium slag instead of cement and double-mixing with lithium slag and slag or lithium slag and fly instead of cement respectively. The result shows that using 5%-15% of lithium-slag to replace the cement can improve the workability of the concrete. But when lithium-slag content is more than 20%, the viscosity of concrete increases with the increasing of lithium-slag content.The double-mixing workabilit of lithium-slag and fly ash is better than that of lithium slag and mineral powder, and the activity of lithium-slag is fully stimulated, the superposition effect of concrete admixture is?fully utilized. The higher the content of lithium-slag, the worse crack resistance of the concrete.The anti-carbonization performance grade of double-doped lithium-slag and fly ash reached Q-IV, with the increase of curing age, the anti-carbonization performance increases. The fly ash content is 10%, and lithium-slag content is 5% -10%, the perpoty of concrete can get KS30 grade.
