摘要
O2O是已被广泛应用的成熟商业模式,备受图书馆界关注,将O2O应用于图书馆具有可行性。结合O2O的内涵,详细剖析了图书馆O2O的理论研究与应用现状,提出问题与不足。基于此,探索基于O2O的图书馆线上与线下互动融合实现方式及呈现出的不同特点,并提出转变观念,线上与线下互动融合形成合力;细分市场,开展精准营销;与第三方合作,增强配送能力等完善策略,以助力线上与线下互动融合发展,为图书馆服务创新提供参考与借鉴。
O2O was a widely used and much concerned mature business model, the application of O2O to the library is feasible. Combining with the connotation of O2O, this paper analyzes the present situation of the theoretical research and application of library O2O in detail, and finds the problems and shortcomings. The article exptorates implementation method of online and offline interactive fusion and different characteristics based on O2O, puts forward strategies of changing ideas and forming a resultant force together by online and offline interactive fusion; developing precise marketing by market segments; cooperation with third parties to enhance the capacity of distribution, so as to improve the online and offline interactive fusion development, provide a reference for the future service innovation of library.
