摘要
"互联网+乡村"成为乡村经济振兴的重要途径之一,推动了乡村城镇化进程。在乡村草根创业者的带领下,以电子商务为核心促进了乡村产业非农化,并依托乡村特有的熟人社会网络快速裂变复制,也带来了乡村人口再集聚和建设空间快速扩张。淘宝村正从初期起步萌芽到井喷式增长,面临着低准入门槛下同质竞争加剧、创新活力不足等普遍问题,而传统乡村的土地利用方式、人居环境、公共服务和基础设施供给等难以适应电商产业提升需求。本文以全国闻名的淘宝村——江苏省徐州市睢宁县沙集镇东风村为例,梳理第一代淘宝村的发展路径、当前遭遇的发展困境,从产业转型、空间融合、设施供应、平台构建等方面提出"互联网+"乡村城镇化进一步推进和提升质量的思路。
"Internet + country" has promoted the revitalization of the rural economy and the process of rural urbanization. Rural grassroots entrepreneurs lead the development of rural e-commerce. The e-commerce enterprises grow rapidl~ bring the return of villager and the rapid expansion of rural construction space. After the budding stage the Taobao village faces the challenges including intensifying competition and lack of innovation. At present the rural development conditions such as land use, living environment, public service and infrastructure can't adapt to the demand of e-commerce development. Dongfeng village of Suining county in Jiangsu province is well-known for rural e-commerce in China. Taking Dongfeng village as an example, this paper analyses the development path and challenges of first-generation Taobao village, proposes some countermeasures about improving rural urbanization quality including industrial transformation, space integration, and facilities supply and platform construction.
