摘要
随着城市建设步伐的加快,在填海形成的软土地基上修建高层建筑成为可能,且高层建筑一般都附有地下室,这对基坑设计及施工提出了新的要求。结合珠海市横琴新区的软土地区某基坑工程实例,采用理正深基坑V7.0(理正深基坑支护结构设计软件)计算了此基坑的深层水平位移、内支撑轴力及坑顶水平位移,并将计算结果与实测结果进行了对比。结果表明,软土地区基坑会产生整体位移及扭转变形。最后,介绍了软土地区深基坑支护设计及施工会遇到的问题,并指出了当前软土地区基坑设计需要完善的内容。
With the accelerating pace of urban construction,it is possible to build high-rise buildings on the soft soil foundation formed by reclamation,and this places new demands on the design and construction of foundation pits because high-rise buildings generally have basements. Based on a foundation pit engineering project in the soft soil area of Hengqin New District,Zhuhai City,the deep horizontal excavation of the foundation pit,the axial force of the internal support and the horizontal displacement of the pit top were calculated using Lizheng deep foundation pit software V7. 0( Lizheng deep foundation pit supporting structure design software),and the calculation results were compared with the actual measurement results. The results show that the overall displacement and torsional deformation of the foundation pit in soft soil area will occur. Finally,the problems encountered in the design and constructions of deep foundation pit support in soft soil were introduced,and the incomplete contents of the current pit design in soft soil area were pointed out.
