摘要
公安消防部队政治指导员既作为党支部书记及党支部日常工作主持者,又与同级军事主官同为所在单位首长,探究其领导力提升途径,实现更好的领导,是军队组织工作需要研究的课题。提升其领导能力,关注其非权力影响力,对于军队管理工作亦有裨益。在界定公安消防部队政治指导员非权力影响力基础上,借鉴领导科学相关理论划分其构成要素,结合部队实际提出当前公安消防部队政治指导员非权力影响力现状,提出符合公安消防部队特色的非权力影响力发展途径,从而为公安消防部队政治指导员角色建设提供借鉴。
The political instructor of public security fire forces serves as the Party branch secretary and its daily work presider, and also with the military officers at the same level as the unit heads. It＇ s a necessary subject for military organizations to study on how to improve their leadership and perform better. Enhancing the leadership and paying close attention to its non - power influence are also beneficial to the army management. On the basis of the non - power influence of political instructor in public security fire force, this paper divides its elements based on the relevant leadership science theory. Combined with the current situation, the paper develops a non - power influence path of non - power influence featuring public security fire force so as to provide a reference for the political instructor role - building.
