摘要
经济发展带动了城镇化的发展,居住区开发密度不断增大,伴随而来的噪声污染问题亟待解决。在当今社会中,人们对住宅性能关注度日益上升,如何解决住宅声环境问题从而提高住宅性能成为关注重点。基于GB/T 50362—2005《住宅性能评定技术标准》下,通过设计方法和构造技术等方面对住宅声环境改善进行探讨。
Economic development has brought about the development of urbanization.The development density of residential areas is constantly increasing.The accompanying noise pollution needs to be solved urgently. In todays society, people pay more and more attention to residential performance, and how to solve residential acoustic environment problems and improve residential performance has become the focus of attention. Based on GB/T50362-2005 residentialperformance evaluation technical standards, through the design methods and construction techniques and other aspects of the residential acoustic environment to improve.
