摘要
目的:分析心血管内科护理工作中存在的不安全因素,以便为心血管内科护理工作提供参考。方法:将2015年6月至2017年6月期间雅安名山区中医医院心血管内科收治的120例心血管疾病患者作为研究对象。在患者出院的前一天,使用该院自制的调查问卷对这120例患者及其家属和责任护理人员进行调查。然后,对发生护理不安全事件的患者的临床资料进行分析研究,从中找出导致心血管内科护理发生不安全事件的相关因素。结果:在这120例患者中,发生护理不安全事件的患者有34例,其护理不安全事件的发生率为28.33%。导致这34例患者发生护理不安全事件的原因是:护理人员因素(包括护理记录书写不清、药物配制不当及给药方式不当、护患缺乏沟通等)、环境因素和患者自身因素(包括医疗费用纠纷、患者不遵医嘱办事、患者对治疗效果的期望过高等)。结论:在心血管内科护理工作中存在的不安全因素有护理人员因素、环境因素和患者自身因素。鉴于此,医院的心血管内科应加强对护理人员进行教育和培训的力度,护理人员应严格按照相关的规章制度进行护理操作,以减少护理不安全事件的发生。
objective： to analyze the unsafe factors in the nursing work of cardiovascular medicine, so as to provide references for the nursing work of cardiovascular medicine. Methods： 120 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to the department of cardiovascular medicine of famous mountain hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of ya ‘an district from June 2015 to June 2017 were studied. The 120 patients, their families and caregivers were investigated using the hospital’s homemade questionnaire the day before they left the hospital. Then, the clinical data of patients with unsafe nursing events were analyzed and studied to find out the relevant factors leading to unsafe nursing events in cardiovascular medicine. Results： among the 120 patients, 34 patients had unsafe nursing events, and the incidence of unsafe nursing events was 28.33%. Nursing unsafe incidents caused the 34 patients： is the cause of nursing personnel factors（including improper nursing documents writing is not clear, drug preparation and the improper dosage, suffer from a lack of communication, etc.）, environmental factors and the patient’s own factors（including health care disputes, patients don’t handle affairs in accordance with the doctor’s advice, the high expectations of treatment effect）. Conclusion： the unsafe factors in the nursing work of cardiovascular medicine include the factors of nurses, environment and patients themselves. In view of this, the hospital cardiovascular internal medicine should strengthen the education and training of nursing staff, nursing staff should be in strict accordance with the relevant rules and regulations for nursing operation, in order to reduce nursing unsafe events.
