摘要
总结运用药对刺蒺藜配伍蜈蚣治疗气滞血瘀型阳痿的临证经验和体会。宗筋为肝之所主,肝筋结于阴器,一旦肝经循行不畅,久之便出现瘀滞之像,且肝疏泄失司,易肝郁气滞,致使宗筋气血循环失常,气血不充,阴器难以举阳用事。临证上常运用刺蒺藜、蜈蚣相互配伍治疗,二药皆归肝经,刺蒺藜其性辛,善疏肝之郁滞;蜈蚣其性辛、温,善通窍活血通络。两者合用,疏肝气以解其郁,活血通络以解其瘀滞,改善宗筋的气血循环,使其气血充盈、振阳起痿。
This paper is to summarize the clinical experience and personal understanding of using tribulusterrestris joint centipede to treat erectile dysfunction（ ED） patients of qi stagnation and blood stasis. As it is known,the penis is in the control of liver,and liver sinew is tied to the penis. Once the liver meridian circulation is disturbed,it tends to cause qi stagnation and blood stasis,and moreover,liver dysfunction is likely to cause abnormal qi and blood circulation of penis,making it difficult to get erection. Tribulus terrestris joint centipede is used to treat ED,because the two herbs belong to liver meridian. Pungent in property and taste,tribulus terrestris is efficient for regulating qi of liver. The centipede is pungent and warm in property and taste,which is good at promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction. When using the two herbs together,it can promote liver qi and blood circulation to improve the circulation of penis,which benefits the erection of penis.
