摘要
骨关节炎(osteoarthritis OA)是一种目前较为常见的骨骼系统致畸性疾病。目前其确切的发病机制尚不明确。近年来有研究显示,Notch信号通路在OA发病机制中起至关重要作用。对Notch信号通路与OA的研究进展予以综述。
Osteoarthritis osteoarthritis（ OA） is a kind of more common skeletal system teratogenicity diseases at present. The exact pathogenesis is not clear at present. In recent years,studies have found that Notch signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis play a vital role. In this paper,the Notch signaling pathway and the research progress of osteoarthritis should be reviewed.
