摘要
针对双水相体系双节线拟合的数据计算处理问题,利用Java的抽象窗口工具包,使用Java和MATLAB混合编程,设计实现了双水相体系双节线拟合计算系统。在本软件系统中,利用Java良好的图形界面和MATLAB专业的数据计算和图像处理功能,开发设计了界面友好,通用性强,计算和绘图快捷准确的拟合计算系统。系统能够满足化学工作者在双水相体系双节线拟合实验中的数据处理的需求,优化了数据的计算过程,提高了实验工作效率,对计算化学的研究具有重要意义。
Over the problem of the calculation processing about the fitting data in aqueous two-phase system, the fitting computation systems of the two aqueous two-phase system has been designed and implemented. By using the Abstract Window Toolkit of Java, the fitting computation system integrates the technology of Java and MATLAB. The system utilized the advantages of the two technologies, for the excellent graphical interfaces of Java and the professional computing and the graphs processing of MATLAB. The fitting computation systems has been designed to a favorable user interface, having the advantages of the strong universal property and the fast and accurate processing. It could fulfill the data processing requirement of the chemist in aqueous twophase system. Also it optimizes the processing and improves the work efficiency, which has crucial importance in the study of the computational chemistry.
