摘要
一二产业在我国国民经济中长期处于技术水平低,科技含量不高的状况,科技服务业作为现代新兴产业,既能为科技创新的发展起到强大的推动作用,更能有效的改善一二产业形态,促进产业升级,使一二产业与科技服务业深度融合。一二产业的发展需要建立在创新发展的基础上,同时带动产业结构的改善。建立一二产业与科技服务业的有效融合机制,并解决融合过程中的关键问题,找准一二产业升级的正确出路。对优化中国产业结构、增强科技与经济的链接、提高经济发展质量具有重大现实意义。
The traditional industry in China＇s national economy in the medium and long term low technical level,science and technology service industry as a modern emerging industry,not only to promote the development of science and technology innovation,but also to improve the traditional industrial form,promote industrial upgrading,so that the traditional industry and science and technology services deep integration.The development of traditional industry needs to establish on the basis of innovation and development,and promote the improvement of industrial structure.Establishing the effective integration mechanism of science and technology service industry and traditional industry,and solving the key problems in the process of integration,is of great practical significance to optimize the industrial structure of China,enhance the link of science and technology and economy,and improve the quality of economic development.
