摘要
低年资护士的分阶段培训对护士职业发展起重要的引导作用,是提高护理质量的重要环节。医院根据低年资护士的培训需求,制订培训计划,实施系统性多阶段培训,建立网络在线学习系统,运用读书报告培训作为考核方式,结合案例分析、情境模拟等多种的培训方式,以提高低年资护士专业能力。现有培训模式存在的问题包括情境模拟较少、缺少师资和缺乏过程中的监管。
Multi-stage training for junior nurses could play an important guiding role for nurses' professional development,and it is an important element to increase the nursing quality. We developed and implemented a multistage training program according to the training needs of junior nurses,which included multi-stage plan,E-learning system,nursing reading reports,case analysis and simulation,in order to improve the professional competence of junior nurses. Limitations of current training model included lacking of simulation,qualified teachers and supervision.
