摘要
紫花苜蓿为豆科苜蓿属植物,主要含有三萜皂苷类、黄酮类、香豆素类和生物碱类等化学成分,具有抗菌、杀虫、抗氧化、降血脂和抗肿瘤等生物活性。紫花苜蓿在食品保健以及医药领域有着十分重要的开发与利用价值,本文系统归纳了其化学成分和生物活性方面的研究进展,同时对紫花苜蓿在食品和药品领域的应用进行了展望。
Medicago sativa L. is one of the most important perennnial plant which contains a variety of biological activites. M.sativa contains various bioactivity components, such as oleanane triterpene saponins, flavonoids, coumarin, alkaloids and so on. M.sativa has the wide range of biological activities, such as antifungal, antioxidant, hypolipidemic and anticancer effects. M.sativa has extremely important value in in health food and medical field.The research progress in chemical constituents and biological activities of M.sativa had been summarized.The applications of M.sativa in food and medince provide a reference for the further research.
