摘要
本文报告乳腺疾病经红外线扫描与１０８例术后病理对照，结果红外线扫描诊断符合率为９４．４４％。其中乳癌符合率为９５．２３％，临床体检符合率为７５％。作者认为乳腺红外线扫描对人体安全、无损害、速度快，对乳癌阳性检出率高，可作为乳腺疾病的常规检查及乳癌检查的首选方法。
This article reports the comparison and contrast between the diagnosis made by the infrared ray scanning and the pathological findings during operation in 108 cases of breast disease. The results show that the diagnostic accuracy rate of infrared ray scanning is 94.44%,of which the diagnostic accuracy rate of breast cancer is 95.23%,but that of physical breast examination is 75%. Besides its high diagnostic accuracy rate, the infrared ray scanning is safe and painless to patients and can provide prompt diagnoses. Therefore it is considered to be the best technique for routine diagnostic checkup of breast diseases and breast cancer.
