摘要 目的:通过对不同物料性质的中药所制的模型丸剂中指标成分苦参碱在大鼠体内溶出速率的研究,发掘中药的辅料功能,控制传统中药丸剂质量,保证其临床疗效。方法:结合生产实际,确保各饮片所占比例尽可能大,并保证丸剂成型,拟定3个处方,处方量拟定1 200 g。将7种物料干燥,粉碎,过5号筛,分别加入各处方中物料总量10%的苦参提取物,混匀。3个处方的丸剂做成小颗粒,处方1:桂枝20 g,山药40 g,茯苓120 g,乳香40 g,杏仁90 g,僵蚕200 g,石膏60 g。处方2:桂枝100 g,山药200 g,茯苓80 g,乳香5 g,杏仁60 g,僵蚕220 g,石膏40 g。处方3:桂枝:240 g,山药220 g,茯苓140 g,乳香25 g,杏仁40 g,僵蚕60 g,石膏5 g。3个处方丸剂采用高效液相色谱法测定不同时间大鼠血浆中苦参碱的血药浓度。结果:在3组不同模型丸剂中,代谢速率由高到低为处方3组,处方2组,处方1组。结论:不同物料性质的中药所制模型丸剂在大鼠体内对有效成分的溶出有重要影响。 Objective: With the study of the dissolution rate of matrine,an indicator ingredient in model pills prepared from traditional Chinese medicines with different material properties used in rats,the function of excipients of traditional Chinese medicine was controlled,and the quality of traditional Chinese medicine pills was controlled to ensure its clinical efficacy. Methods: In combination with actual production,ensure that the proportion of each piece is as large as possible,and ensure that the pill is shaped.Three prescriptions are prepared,and the prescription quantity is set at 1 200 g. The 7 materials were dried,crushed,and passed through a No. 5 sieve. The Sophora flavescens extract with a total amount of 10% of the contents of each formulation was added and mixed. The three prescription pills are made into small particles. Prescription 1: Guizhi 20 g,Yam 40 g,Poria 120 g,Frankincense 40 g,Almond 90 g,Silkworm 200 g,Gypsum 60 g. Prescription 2: Guizhi 100 g,Yam 200 g,Wolfberry 80 g,Frankincense 5 g,Almond 60 g,Silkworm 220 g,Gypsum 40 g. Prescription 3: Guizhi: 240 g,Yam 220 g,Poria 140 g,Frankincense 25 g,Almond 40 g,silkworm 60 g,Gypsum 5 g. The plasma concentrations of matrine in rat plasma at different times were determined by HPLC with 3 prescription pills. Results: In Group 3 different models pills,On the metabolic rate in descending order prescription 3,2,1,and consi stent with the in vitro dissolution rate of speed. Results: Among the three groups of different model pills,the metabolic rate from high to low was prescription 3,prescription 2 and prescription 1,which was consistent with the dissolution rate in vitro. Conclusion: The model pills produced by Chinese herbal medicines with different material properties have important effects on the dissolution of active ingredients in rats.
