摘要
本文对历届中国专利奖获奖专利进行分析,分别从优秀奖和金奖的专利获奖数量、技术领域进行对比,并对主要获奖技术领域从专利获奖趋势、专利质量、专利获奖周期、专利运用等四个方面进行梳理,总结了中国专利奖的获奖特点。
This paper related to the analysis of the awarded patents of Chinese Patent Award, analyzed the contrast on Chinese patent gold medal and Chinese patent award of excellence from the quantity of Award and Patent technical field, studied the main Award Patent technical field, summarized the development trend of awarded patent, the quality of patent, the cycle of awarded patent, the application of patent, and carded the features of Chinese Patent Award.
