摘要
目的:探讨等速肌力训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能恢复的影响.方法:选取53例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分成观察组(n=26)与对照组(n=27);其中对照组患者使用常规康复训练方法,观察组在对照组的基础上加偏瘫下肢屈、伸膝肌群等速肌力训练.对比2组患者训练前后的等速肌力测试训练仪的峰力矩值(PT)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Berg平衡功能评分.结果:治疗后观察组的伸、屈膝肌PT及FMA、Berg评分均优于对照组(均p〈0.05),有统计学意义.结论:等速肌力训练能够促进脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能恢复,值得临床推广应用.
Objectiv: To investigate the effect of isokinetic muscle strength training on the recovery of lower limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods : 53 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into study group ( n = 26) and control group ( n = 27 ) ; the control group of patients with routine rehabilitation training, the study group in the control group based on the hemiplegic lower limb flexor and extensor isokinetic muscle training. The peak torque ( PT), Fugl - Meyer motor function score and Berg balance function score were compared between the two groups before and after training. Results: after treatment, the extensor and extensor muscles PT, FMA and Berg scores of the study group were better than those of the control group ( all p 〈 0.05), and there was statistical significance. Conclusion: isokinetic muscle strength training could promote the recovery of lower limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia. It was worthy of clinical application.
