摘要
马铃薯主食产业化是近期国家提出的一项重要发展战略,对于保障国家粮食安全、改善居民膳食结构具有重要的战略意义。阐述了马铃薯主食产业在生产、主食产品加工和消费方面的发展现状,分析了产业发展过程中存在的问题,并对未来趋势进行了展望。
The potato staple food industrialization was put forward recently in China. The potato staple food industrialization is an important development strategy, and it plays an important role in safeguarding national food security and improving the residents’ diet structure. The authors summarized the status quo of potato staple food industrialization development in production, staple food products processing and consuming,and analyzed the existing problems in the process of industry development, and gave a prospect for the future.
