摘要
本文通过文献资料、实地测试、数理统计等方法,对陇南师专15级大学体育健美操选项课的100名学生进行体质测试,并对所获得的成绩运用灰色理论进行分析得出:体质测试总成绩组成中最重要的因素是体重、立定跳远,其次是肺活量、坐位体前屈、50米和一分钟仰卧起坐(女)。相对影响较小的是引体向上(男)、1000米(男)和800米(女)。在此基础上,提出一些在提高各身体素质训练中所采取的有效的方法,以提高健美操选项课的教学效果。
In this paper, through literature, field test and mathematical statistics method, a physical fitness test is carried out for 100 Grade 2015 aerobics elective students in Longnan Teachers College. Results are analyzed with Gray Theory as follows: the most important factors in the total score are weight and standing long jump followed by vital capacity, sit and reach, 50-meter dash, one minute sit ups (female). Factors with comparatively less influence are pull-up (male), 1000 meters (male) and 800 meters (female). Based on the above, this paper puts forward some effective methods to improve the physical quality in training, to improve the aerobics teaching effect.
