摘要
目的分析多西他赛联合顺铂与替吉奥胶囊治疗宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法 67例宫颈癌患者,随机分为对照组(33例)和观察组(34例)。对照组行顺铂与替吉奥胶囊联合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予多西他赛治疗,观察比较两组疗效、治疗前后肿瘤直径及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率91.18%显著高于对照组的72.73%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的肿瘤直径比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的肿瘤直径均小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者使用多西他赛联合顺铂与替吉奥胶囊治疗效果极佳,可减小肿瘤大小,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of docetaxel combined with cisplatin and tegafur capsule in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods A total of 67 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into control group（33 cases） and observation group（34 cases）. The control group was treated with cisplatin and tegafur capsule, and the observation group was treated with docetaxel on the basis of the control group. Observation and comparison were made on efficacy, tumor diameter before and after treatment and adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 91.18% than 72.73% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in tumor diameter（P〈0.05）. After treatment, both groups had smaller tumor diameter than before treatment, and the observation group was smaller than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of docetaxel, cisplatin and tegafur capsule shows excellent effect in patients with cervical cancer, and it can reduce the size of the tumor. It is worth applying.
