摘要
本文以工程案例为背景,介绍某框架结构柱顶节点破坏成因的鉴定过程,通过对现场框架柱、梁、节点等结构构件施工质量的检测、结构工作状况检查、设计施工图纸复核,以及结构承载力验算,分析框架柱顶节点破坏原因。结合节点施工中常见的质量问题,提出节点混凝土施工质量把控的有关建议,以期能够为提高建筑工程质量提供借鉴。
Base on an engineering project,this paper introduces the technical appraisal process of the damage reason of the top node of the pillar of a frame structure. Through the detection of the construction quality of the frame column,beam,node and other structural components,the inspection of the work condition of the structure,the evaluation of the construction drawing as well as the calculation on the bearing capacity,the damage reason of the top node of the pillar is analyzed. Combined with the common quality problems in node construction,some suggestions of the construction quality control of node concrete is put forward. It is aimed to provide some reference for improving the construction quality.
