摘要
阐述了逆向工程和3D打印技术在产品设计中的应用,采用三维扫描仪获取实物原型的三维数据,利用Geomagic软件完成模型重构,最后在3D打印机上实现对零件的快速成型,指出逆向工程技术与3D打印技术相结合为新产品的设计与创新提供了广阔的平台,缩短产品开发周期,降低试制成本,极大地提高企业竞争力。
The application of reverse engineering and 3D printing technology in product designis described in detail.The 3D data of prototype obtained through 3D scanner,then thereconstruction of the model has completed by Geomagic software.At last the rapidprototyping ofparts is realized on the 3D printer.It is pointed out that the reverse engineering combined with3D printing has provides a broad platform for new product innovation and design,It can shortenthe product design cycle reduce costs to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
