摘要
针对传统的半自动LCM覆膜机工作效率低的问题,企业提出覆膜节拍为3.5 s/pcs的在线式全自动覆膜机的需求。在分析覆膜机核心技术指标的基础上,提出一种在线式全自动高速覆膜机的初步方案,并利用时序分析法,分别对覆膜机膜片供给侧和LCM供给侧的作业时间进行分析;然后,根据时序分析结果分别对膜片供给侧和LCM供给侧的结构进行优化,确保了两侧作业进度的一致性,最终确定的整机方案覆膜节拍可达3.0 s/pcs。依据该方案设计出了虚拟样机,并在与企业合作的项目研发中制造出了该款覆膜机,目前已成功地应用于企业的生产线,大大提高了生产效率和生产质量。
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of the traditional semi-auto LCM film laminating machine,the research and development needs for the online automatic laminating machine which film rhythm was 3. 5 s/pcs were put forward. Based on the analysis of the core technology index of the laminating machine,a preliminary plan of online automatic high speed laminating machine was proposed. The operation times on the film supply side and the LCM supply side of the laminating machine were analyzed by the time series analysis method. Then,the structures of the film supply side and the LCM supply side were optimized based on the timing analysis results. The consistency of the work schedule on both sides was ensured. The film rhythm of the final machine plan could be 3. 0 s/pcs. Finally,the virtual prototype was designed based on this plan. And this laminating machine was made in the research and development of enterprise cooperation. At present,the laminating machine is used in the enterprise production line. It improves the production efficiency and quality of enterprises greatly.
