摘要
目的：探讨乌灵胶囊联合鼓室内灌注地塞米松治疗慢性耳鸣患者的临床效果。方法：选择2016年8月—2017年1月在柳州市人民医院门诊或住院慢性耳鸣患者80例,按照随机数字的方法分为两组,对照组和观察组,每个组40名患者,所有患者均进行鼓室内灌注地塞米松,对照组患者加用口服银杏叶片,观察组患者加用口服乌灵胶囊,对治疗的效果进行分析和评价。结果：对照组和观察组患者在进行治疗前的耳鸣严重程度评估表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表的得分差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）,在进行治疗后,两项得分与治疗前的数据差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而且均为治疗后得分低于治疗前,在治疗后的数据中,两项得分差异也具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而且为观察组低于对照组,对照组的耳鸣治疗有效率为42.50%,观察组的耳鸣治疗有效率为70.00%,两组数据差异具有统计学意义（χ2=5.051,P〈0.05）,观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组的,从两组的耳鸣治疗效果看,数据差异也具有统计学意义（Z=2.163,P〈0.05）,观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组,两组患者的睡眠质量治疗效果比较,数据差异具有统计学意义（Z=2.449,P〈0.05）,观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组。结论：利用乌灵胶囊联合鼓室内灌注地塞米松的方法治疗慢性耳鸣患者,效果显著,有利于改善慢性耳鸣患者的睡眠质量,取得了满意的临床疗效,是值得推广的一种治疗方法。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Wuling capsule combined with tympanic reperfusion of dexamethasone in the treatment of chronic tinnitus. Methods： Between August 2016 and January 2017,80 patients with chronic tinnitus at the Liuzhou People＇s Hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number method.All patients were treated with indomethacin dexamethasone. In the control group,oral ginkgo leaves were added. The patients in the observation group were treated with oral Wuling Capsules,and the effect of the treatment was analyzed and evaluated. Result： There was no statistically significant difference between the tinnitus severity assessment table and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale（P〈0. 05） in the control and observation groups before treatment,and after treatment,both scores and pre-treatment data（P〈0. 05）,and the scores of the two scores were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）,and the scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group. The effective rate of tinnitus treatment was 42. 50% in the control group and 70. 00% in the observation group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（χ2= 5. 051,P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the treatment group（Z = 2. 163,P〈0. 05）. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the sleep quality of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group（P = 0. 05）,and the difference was statistically significant. The difference was statistically significant（Z = 2. 449,P〈0. 05）. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion： The use of Wuling Capsule combined with tympanic refusion of dexamethasone in the treatment of patients with chronic tinnitus has significant effect and is conducive to improving the quality of sleep in patients with chronic tinnitus,and has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy,worthy of promoting a treatment.
