摘要
为找出影响马铃薯质量安全的风险因子,明确生产中质量安全的关键控制点和隐性添加成分,通过风险评估理论,利用气相色谱串联质谱仪(GC-MS/MS)和液相色谱串联质谱仪(UPLC-MS/MS)对马铃薯样品开展农药残留定量检测。检测结果显示:马铃薯样品中存在农药多残留现象,甲拌磷、氰霜唑、毒死蜱、甲霜灵残留量超标,且甲拌磷风险性最高。依据评估结果,提出了合理化建议,为促进农产品质量安全和监管提供了依据。
To find out the risk factors that affected the quality and safety of potato and clear the key control points of quality and safety of production and recessive add ingredients, using the theory of risk assessment, quantitative detection of pesticide residue in potato samples was conducted by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry instrument(GC-MS/MS) and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry instrument(UPLC-MS/MS). The results showed that there were multi-residue phenomena in potato samples. The residue amount of phorate, cyazofamid, chlorpyrifos and metalaxyl exceeded their standards and the risk of phorate was the highest. According to the evaluation results, the rationalization proposals were put forward to provide the bases for promoting the quality safety and supervision of agricultural products.
