摘要
大学生职业生涯规划教育在帮助大学生进行职业规划,促进其择业、就业方面的作用日益明显。但目前大学生职业生涯规划教育依然面临着专业淡化甚至缺失的困境,造成大学生职业生涯规划课程教育的实效性不强。以院系为平台,进一步完善大学生职业生涯规划课程建设体系,加强师资队伍建设,并且有针对性地对大学生实施全程化的生涯规划辅导,这对改善目前大学生职业生涯规划教育存在的问题和提高大学生职业生涯规划教育的实效性具有重要作用。
Career planning education of college students plays an increasingly important role in helping college students to carry out career planning and promote their job selection and employment. However, the current career planning education of college students still faces the dilemma of professional dilution or lack of professional education, which results in the fact that the practical education of college students＇ career planning courses is not effective. With departments and colleges as a platform, we will further improve the career development planning curriculum construction system for college students,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, and provide targeted career planning and guidance for college students. It plays an important role in improving the existing problems of college students＇ career planning education and improving the effectiveness of college students＇ career planning education.
