摘要
为大豆抗旱育种提供科学依据,采用灰色关联度分析法研究20份贵州春大豆种质资源在干旱胁迫条件下大豆开花期部分生理生化指标与抗旱性的关系。结果表明:叶片相对含水量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量与产量的关联度较大,分别为0.935 3、0.902 9和0.800 6,可作为春大豆重要的抗旱鉴定指标;丙二醛含量、相对电导率及保护酶活性与产量的关联度其次,均>0.7,也可作为抗旱性鉴定的良好参数。
The correlations between drought resistance and some physiological and biochemical indexes in 20 Spring soybean germplasm resources were studied by Grey relational analysis under drought stress to provide the scientific basis for drought resistance breeding of soybean.Result:The coefficients of leaf relative moisture,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content related to yield is 0.935 3,0.902 9 and0.800 6 respectively and three indexes can be used as identification indexes of drought resistance for spring soybean.The coefficients of MDA content,relative conductivity and protective enzyme activity related to yield were all 〉0.7,which could be used as good parameters for identification of drought resistance in soybean.
