摘要
为了解决电能表行业目前仍存在的人工抄表及盘存速度慢的共性问题,采用了超高频无线射频识别技术,其具有一次性读取多个电子标签、识别距离远、传输速率高、可靠性高等特点,文中设计了基于超高频RFID的手持抄收终端,是通过将Android操作系统和超高频RFID、Wifi、4G等技术相结合,应用于智能抄表系统和电表仓储管理系统中,有效提高电能表的数据抄收可靠性和管理运维的便捷性,最大程度减轻工作人员的工作量。阐述了系统的总体方案设计,并相应的介绍了软硬件中比较重要的组成部分,并且此RFID手持终端设备已经在项目中应用,系统运行状况良好稳定高效。
In order to solve the common problem of slow speed of manual meter reading and inventory that still existing in electric energy meter industry, this paper designs the handheld meter reading terminal based on UHF RFID, which is featured with once reading multiple tags, long distance identification,high transmission rate and high reliability, and so on. The handheld meter reading terminal has combined Android OS with UHF RFID, WIFI and 4G , and is ap-plied to the smart meter reading system and meter warehouse management system. It effectively improves the reliability of the meter reading data and the convenience of maintenance management, and minimizes the workload of staff . This paper elaborates the overall design scheme of the system, and introduces the important components of software and hardware. This RFID handheld terminal has already been applied in the project, and the system is in good operation situations with stability and high- efficiency.
