摘要
目的对比分析有预备瓷贴面和无预备瓷贴面修复的临床疗效。方法将我院在2012年3月至2013年3月收治的24例瓷贴面修复患者为观察组,制作66个有预备瓷贴面;在2013年4月至2014年4月收治的24例瓷贴面修复患者为对照组,制作66个无预备瓷贴面,随访2年复查,比较两组患者术前心理紧张度、术前及术后龈沟出血指数,用加利福尼亚牙科协会瑞格标准评估两组修复2年后贴面的各项指标。结果观察组术前的紧张度得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组瓷贴面术前、后龈沟出血指数比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者颜色匹配及瓷表面质地、边缘着色比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者边缘适合性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有预备瓷贴面和无预备瓷贴面修复均可以在临床上得到较好的疗效。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinic effect between repairs of prepared porcelain veneer and unprepared porcelain veneer. Methods Twenty-four patients with porcelain veneer repair in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were taken as observation group and given 66 prepared porcelain veneers.Another 24 cases with porcelain veneer repair in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were taken as control group and were given 66 unprepared porcelain veneers. They were followed up for 2 years.The preoperative psychological tensity and gingival sulcus bleeding indexes before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.California Dental Association Ryge Standard was used to analyze the indexes of attaching veneers after 2 years of surgery.Results The preoperative psychological tensity in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.There was no significant difference in the gingival sulcus bleeding indexes before and after surgery between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）.Differences in color match,porcelain surface texture and edge coloring were not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. However,marginal accuracy in the observation group was better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The prepared porcelain veneer repair and unprepared porcelain veneer repair all have better curative effect in clinic.
