摘要
目的:探讨社区综合随访模式对高血压患者的血压控制效果。方法:收治高血压患者132例,均采用社区综合随访管理,观察管理效果。结果:患者经随访干预后收缩压及舒张压水平较干预前有明显下降(P<0.05),患者高血压治疗依从率97.7%。结论:对高血压患者进行社区综合随访干预能进一步提高血压控制效果和治疗依从性。
Objective：To explore the effect of community comprehensive follow-up mode on blood pressure control in patients with hypertension.Methods：132 patients with hypertension were selected.They received community comprehensive follow-up management.We observed the effect of management.Results：After intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those before intervention（P 〈 0.05）.The compliance rate of patients with hypertension was 97.7% .Conclusion：Community comprehensive follow-up mode for patients with hypertension can further improve blood pressure control effect and treatment compliance.
