摘要
【目的/意义】文章旨在对泛在网络背景下图书馆智慧服务服务模式创新以及图书馆服务水平的提升提供一定的参考。【方法/过程】文章对目前智慧服务在图书馆领域的现状进行了系统梳理,给出了国内公共图书馆智慧服务特点。在此基础上基于泛在网络的背景下提出了一种新的公共图书馆智慧服务模式,阐述了其内涵。【结果/结论】本文从用户模块、服务模块、资源模块三个模块对于泛在网络环境下公共图书馆智慧服务模式进行构建,图书馆在提供智慧服务时应该智慧化感知用户信息需求、智慧化提供特色信息服务、智慧化信息资源存贮整合。
【Purpose/significance】This article aims to provide a reference for the innovation of library intelligent service model and the improvement of library service level in the background of ubiquitous network.【Method/process】This paper gives a systematic review of the current situation of the library intelligent service. On this basis,This paper puts forward a new library intelligent service model, and expounds its connotation【Result/conclusion】In this paper, three modules including user module, service module and resource module are used to construct the public library intelligent service model. The library should apperceive the users＇ needs intelligently,provide characteristic information service and integrate information resourses intelligently.
