摘要
随着济南市经济社会发展和城镇化进程的加快,公共交通加快了发展步伐,传统手工和纸质方式进行的绩效考核工作面临巨大压力。济南市公共交通总公司积极探索新形势下如何提升绩效考核工作效率,基于Windows Server操作系统,采用Oracle数据库、Java语言和Spring MVC+My Batis架构,利用VPN/4G等网络传输,研究开发了绩效考核评价管理信息系统。
With the acceleration of economic and social development and urbanization process in Ji＇nan, public transport speeds up the pace of development, and the traditional manual and paper-based performance appraisal work is facing great pressure. Ji＇nan city public transport company actively explore how to improve the performance appraisal work effciency under the new situation, based on WindowsServer operating system, using Oracle Database,Java language and the SpringMVC＋MyBatis architecture, using VPN/4G network transmission, the research and development of the management information system of nuclear test performance evaluation.
