摘要
当前,智能制造技术已经广泛应用于冶金业,利用先进传感技术、网络技术、控制技术实现对冶炼过程的全流程跟踪。云计算技术的发展给冶金过程控制系统的实现提供了实时的网络交互方式,为冶金操作人员提供实时的冶金现场画面,并且可将操作人员的操作指令传送到现场的设备。智能水滴算法作为一种新的基于群体的自然启发优化算法在冶金智能制造过程中具有最小化的完工时间优势,并且根据金属冶炼过程中的实际工艺流程进行优化控制。
Currently,intelligent manufacturing technology has been widely used in the metallurgical industry. We get to use of advanced sensing technology,network technology,control technology to achieve the entire process of smelting process tracking. The development of cloud computing technology provides a real-time network interaction mode for the realization of metallurgical process control system,as provides real-time metallurgical scene pictures for metallurgical operators. It can send operator's operation instructions to the on-site equipment.Based on the intelligent water droplet algorithm, this algorithm, as a new group-based natural heuristic optimization algorithm,has the advantage of minimum completion time in metallurgical intelligent manufacturing process. It is optimized and controlled according to the actual process flow in metal smelting process.
