摘要
针对精制双乙烯酮,采用侧线精馏和萃取精馏结合的方法,通过侧线精馏提取粗双乙烯酮,然后选取环丁砜为萃取剂,采用萃取精馏再进一步精制。采用Aspen Plus模拟软件对侧线精馏和萃取精馏精制双乙烯酮的工艺进行模拟计算,考察塔板数、原料进料位置、侧线出料位置、回流比及溶剂比等因素对分离效果的影响,并优化分离过程条件,确定最佳操作参数。为进一步研究实验研究装置设计和试验提供理论依据。
Diketene purified by combining method of side - line distillation and extractive distillation. Fristly the crude diketene is extracted by side -line distillation, then further refined by extractive distillation. Sulfolane was se- lected as extractive solvent, the simulation of the side - line distillation and extractive distillation was executed by Aspen Plus software. In order to optimize the operating conditions, a series of factors were analysed, the factors include plate numbers, the input plate position, output plate position of side - line distillation , distillate rate, the reflux ratio,the solvent ratio of the extractive distillation and so on. The optimal operating factors were detemfined by optimization of separation conditions. The results were provided for the further studies of experimental and design studies.
