摘要
作为高等教育发展和学科建设不可或缺的重要组成部分,高校学报是推动"双一流"建设实施的坚实基础。在新时代,高校学报要更加自觉地担当新使命,助力"双一流"建设。高校学报要坚持正确的政治导向、价值导向、学术导向,凝练"双一流"建设价值取向;通过激发学术创新能力,促进多学科交叉融合,提升编辑素养,夯实"双一流"建设学科基础;通过培育特色栏目,发挥区域特色,重视内涵发展,形成独特风格;并在提升对外学术传播能力,加强国际交流与合作的基础上,助力高校生成世界一流的科研成果,从而为"双一流"建设作出应有贡献。
College journal is not only the key handle to promote the implementation of ＂Double first-class＂ construction, but also an important part of the construction per se. In new epoch of higher education, college journals should takeona new mission more conscientiously to help ＂Double first-class＂ construction. College journals should adhere to thecorrect political orientation, value orientation and academic orientation, and practice the value orientation of ＂Double first-class＂ construction. By stimulating the ability of academic innovation, promoting the cross-integration of multi-disciplines,improving the editing quality, college journals can laya solid foundation for ＂Double first-class＂ construction. In addition,through the cultivation of characteristic columns, the regional characteristics, the attention to the development of the connotation, college journals can form a unique style in the implementation of ＂Double first-class＂ construction. Last but notthe least, college journals will contribute to the development of ＂Double first-class＂ construction by enhancing the abilityof external academic communication, strengthening international exchanges and cooperation, and helping universities to produce world-class scientific research results.
